Free luxury suite ticket fully catered with a butler, couldn't pass that up... I was pretty meh about it until I found out Bush was going to be there. I loved that album in the 90's... They did not disappoint and kicked arse. they were way better than Nickelback where every song sounds the same. Anyway give Bush a second thought if you liked them back in the day.

No they opened for shitty Nickelback got about 8-9 songs in... Machine Head, come around, glycerine, everything zen and then stuff from newest album and a Beatles song where rossdale ran in the stands singing while a security guard was chasing after him

I would have just gotten shitfaced in the suite and listened to the Grateful Dead on my iPod

ETA: Probably eaten a space cake too

Interesting.

I would think Bush would be headlining their own tour rather than open for Nicklecrap.

That's the way it should be at least.

I would honestly pass up a catered/butler suite to NOT have to see Nickleback.

Bush was a band in my early teens I really liked then dropped. About 2-3 years ago I rediscovered them and really like razor blade suitcase and science of things.

Nickelback sounded like crap, treble was way too high, making the voices less audible. Every song has the same high tune/pitch sound. Lead singer had the need to say frick every other word and they thought it was cool to throw cups of beer on the mosh pit people. Type of people there were mostly women.
I was suprised Bush really sounded good, I would go back and pay to actually see them solo.

My sister and her husband get the suite by bartering for his law firm several times a year so I go to see them and free NBA/NHL/concerts. Otherwise no way I would have gone to see Nickelcrap

Solid plan if you ask me. And this is completely off topic and has nothing to do with anything, but if I ever again get foster the fricking people on any pandora station ever again I will throw my phone.

I think that the new album they have out now is pretty good.

They are doing "come together" in their set. Bush has always gotten a bad rap IMO, they are a great rock band.
