When does it start and do you think the Saints will stick with him or keep looking for a different coach to fill in? I just can't get over naming a guy as your coach for the year when he's going to miss the first 6 games.

Actually it's not that bad considering Vitt and Pyton will be able to discuss the team during the first six games. They can analyze the team during the first 6 games, discuss problems and gameplan for the rest of the season. Vitt will be prepared when he steps i'n.

I thought Payton wasnt allowed to speak to anyone with the organization whatsoever?

Ok, where did you hear this?
Vitt will still be a member of the NFL during his suspension. That means Payton can't talk to him.

I think I will go with what the Saints said they will do. Which is Vitt after week 7 and till then we are not going to say till almost the 1st week of the season to avoid a media circus for the guy and give you media guys and Goddell a big F.U..

My question regarding Vitt -
He made it quite clear in his recent press conference that he was wrong with his words. Does anyone know what these words were? What sort of words get a 6 game suspension?
