Sons of Anarchy fans? (Spoilers)

Just curious how many M/TV Board folks watch Sons of Anarchy. I just finished watching the Season 4 (latest) finale. Pretty much blew my mind and can't wait for Season 5. Anxious to see who that Damon Pope cat is, how Jax handles the gavel, and where the cartel/CIA deal takes them.

I loved the show and I could forgive a lot of the outlandish plot points but last season jumped the shark.
It's like the writers couldn't figure out a way to get SAMCRO free of the cartel so they just went *poof* IT'S THE CIA AND THEY ARE HERE TO HELP!

I mean it's not a stretch to connect the CIA to drug running because they've done it with just about every major drug since the 70's. I'll give them that much. I don't know how else you would've gotten them out alive at least.

I wish they had come up with a better way of doing it. The CIA angle just seemed like they threw in the towel and used a magic bullet.
The full blown battle with land mines, grenades, and rocket launchers was a little hard to swallow, too.

SoA is my third favorite show on TV. Last season got a little outlandish, but I don't care. Very much lookin forward to Season 5.

To be fair, a motorcycle club that gets away with what they get away with while dealing with who they deal with isn't exactly at the top

True. I won't be shocked if next season involves a tank rolling down main street Charming at some point.

I happened to meet one of actors who was part of the cast in Belfast and he told me that this upcoming season will have some good twists. Id say more but I dont want to give away any info that would spoil things.
