Kevins seafood or Val's can't go wrong with either. If you head back to head of island you could try Hilltop as well

FYI - Kevin's moved to the Diversion a number of years ago. It is only about .5 miles from Hilltop.

My choice would be Hilltop, Vals, Kevin's in that order...

Don't forget about Saritas for a little Mexican food. Also Sues Cafe is in the heart of town.

Everything was great and reasonably priced. The two of us had three specialty cocktails, two glasses of wine, a pint of Brooklyn lager, a salad, sweet potates two ways, greens, meat plate and mussells. All for about 100 tip included. Will definitely head back. The Gent and Jackass cocktail sounds odd, but it's great. I like to finish a meal with cheese, but I didn't have any room.

Maurepas is fantastic. Great cocktails and wine selections. For the price of the food, and the quality, it's outstanding. They make the best sazarac I have ever had.
