Trade - Verlander for Kennedy & Reyes

12 team, 5x5 scoring. We use TB and OBP instead of HR and BA
top of my pitching staff is:
Lincecum
Kennedy
Latos
Beachy
Johan Santana
He offered me Verlander for Kennedy and Jose Reyes. Should I take it? I don't have a back up SS right now, so I'd have to go to waivers and likely pick up Furcal or Cozart. Reyes is a pretty big source of SBs for me, and likely need to pick up another SB specialist as well (Furcal probably wouldn't cut it for me)
Thoughts?

I wouldn't make that trade....who's his SS?

He has Andrus so he wouldn't package him in that trade obviously. He also has Ian Desmond, and I could possibly counter the same trade except he throws in Desmond. Though Desmond is pretty brutal on OBP in our league (He doesn't walk)

He can't include Andrus and Desmond is too much of a downgrade for you. Verlander is a top 2-3 SP but I don't think he's worth Kennedy and Reyes.
