I receive Nelson Cruz and Chris Sale for Matt Holliday. I've had Holliday for the past three seasons. Cruz is behind Holliday on the ESPN Player Rater by only a few slots. I don't necessarily need Sale at all, as I already have a strong staff. It would essentially be me trading Holliday for Cruz. Thoughts?

ETA: I am aware of Cruz's injury past, being a big Rangers fan. I don't watch much Cardinals baseball, but how has Holliday been getting pitched up to this point without Pujols?

If Cruz plays a full season, he will be better than Holliday. Holliday has injury concerns in his own right.

Sale looks pretty good thus far and is only 23.

I'd pull the trigger.

Comparable in value, Cruz plays in the stronger lineup with more RBI opportunities, and you're a Rangers fan. Being it's a keeper league, Sale is the incentive. If he shows signs of being an TORP, you'd make out like a bandit. I'd make the deal.
