Time to get revenge of the Mets edition.
After losing 4 in a row to start the year with people ready to go burn down Turner Field, the Braves have won 5 in a row, including a series sweep of the Brew Crew. The Mets come into town taking 2 out of 3 in Philly.
Here are the pitching matchups:
Tonight at 6:10 - RH Dillon Gee vs Hanson
Tomorrow at 6:10 - LH Johan Santana vs Delgado
Wednesday at 11:10 - RH R.A. Dickey vs Jurrjens
It'll be important to pick up that 6th win in a row tonight since Johan and Dickey always seem to beat us. If we can take 2/3, I'll be very satisfied.
Lineup:
Bourn CF
Prado LF
Chip 3B
Mac C
Uggla 2B
Heyward RF
Hinske 1B
Wilson SS
In other news:
*Braves will retire John Smoltz #29 and induct him into the Braves HOF on Friday June 8th.
*Chad Durbin has been hit by a bus and it has ended his career.
