Could the Saints Season Ticket Waiting list effect the Hornets positively?

Could the Saints make an offer to "push people up" the waiting list if they buy Hornets season tickets? Would that be allowed?
Just thinking out loud here folks. I think there are a lot of positives out of this.

this is a good idea because most who watch the saints don't watch the hornets. We can trick them

I don't see how it's any different that Personal Seat Licenses. Does anyone know if those count towards the "gate receipts" that teams split? If it isn't I don't see why it wouldn't be allowed.

The NFL would definitely not allow this. I am 100% certain of it.

I think that would be illegal somehow
or immoral
but they can use the saints season ticket list to attempt to sell

I didn't really like basketball until I saw my first live game...I think that could work for a lot of people.
