I wouldn't refuse aid to absolutely starving people for the provocative actions of their crazy dictator overlords.

I wish I remember where I read it, but also in the article they said that the military had to reduce the minimum height to 4'9 due to malnutrition and that food is so scarce that people are eating grass and bark from trees...
