North Korea begins fueling multi-stage rocket thought to be a disguised ballistic missile.
Should we shoot it down?

Why let it launch? Tell little Kim that it ain't happening, and put all of the US military on an alert status not seen(publicly) since the Yom Kippur war.

Chinese govt. pissed that now they have to supply all of that food to N.K. that the U.S. cancelled due to this launch. Obama administration saved huge embarrassment by N.K. announcing this just before the food shipment was to be made. If the food had been delivered, then the launch was announced, Barack & Hillary would be shitting a brick right now.

This is posturing and has become a regular spring-time occurrence. They need food aid and know that the only way to get it is by way of scaring the West into thinking war is imminent.
