LSU fans don't really give a shite about the basketball program.
LSU is the only college team that can say their baseball team outdraws their basketball team in attendance.

Pull up the average attendances for the two sports. No one really gives a shite about LSU Basketball, bro. Football and Baseball are king. Even when LSU kicked arse in basketball in 2006, no one cared. On Senior Day 2006 against Ole Miss, LSU was 13-2 in the conference and the PMAC wasn't even halfway filled.

I'd imagine its the same at Ole Miss and South Carolina probably Irvine and Fullerton too.

Yeah maybe a handful of other school's baseball programs outdraw basketball, but you have to admit, it's pretty friggin' rare.

yeah. we have sucked in hoops basically since the late 80's and the success of the the baseball program at the same time has allowed them to take advantage of that. would love to see them both compete for the better attendance if both programs were hitting on all cylinders. we shouldn't have to accept mediocrity from hoops.
but anyways, Ozzie always ends up saying the wrong fricking thing huh?
