LSU is a great program, and we are highly respected.

It's tough to say. If they are hitting decently, we're pretty damn good. If the bats suck...well...

Our pitching is stellar. It'll keep us in all games.

Sadly, this does hold some truth. However we do consistetly have the overall talent year in and year out to be ranked as high as we usually are where as Notre Dame does not.

Except the fact that we have 6 National Championships in the last 20 years, and Notre Dame has 1 in the last 25 years. Other than that, we're exactly the same.

We won a NC three years ago. ND football hasn't won it in 20 years

to answer your question they are probably anywhere from 2 to 5 in the conference this year. its tough to say and it fluctuates so much week to week.

Not sure about this. ND has consistently put players in the NFL even in these down times.

I dont think they've even won a bowl game in 20 years but I could be mistaken.

I'll reserve my true judgement of this team after this weekend but I honestly believe if we had one or two more consistent power hitters to compliment rhymes we would be the clear cut #2 team in the conference and top ten in the country.

I can see that, I was under the impression all the changes that have been made over the last decade+ has really created that parity the NCAA wanted, but it still fails to explain the Inconsistency in that parody year to year and conference to conference.

I just mean we still get a lot of respect. We have earned it more than ND but we definitely get the benefit of the doubt. Thats all I meant.

Hopefully this will help:
