I hope not.

It would be a fascinating story -- a close-up look at a team preparing to go through a season without suspended head coach Sean Payton. There could be even many more layers to this story before training camp arrives. Bill Parcells could be in Payton’s place and it’s possible multiple players also could be facing suspensions. This is unprecedented stuff for an NFL team and the drama could be tremendous.

There is a 0% chance of that happening. Although, I could see the Vikings now volunteering to be on Hard Knocks just to one-up us.

Hey guys. Longtime lurker, first time poster here.

I just had to say how much I agree with you. I don't want the Saints participating in Hard Knocks. Let the rest of the outside NFL look in on us as we build our team and prepare to overcome the adversity facing us on the road to a SB at home.

It would just be more unwanted attention.

0% chance.

None. The Saints have turned them down, and Payton/Loomis have said consistently they want no part of that.

I'm not going to lie, it would be a great watch. But I'd rather not show any of that stuff to the rest of the league. If I could get a private viewing I would be down.

Would be a good excuse for Goodell to make sure Payton stays away

HBO is the one network that does not give a rats arse about ratings. As long as people subscribe, it does not matter who is watching.

that's false.

their shows get cancelled all the time because of poor ratings.

They just cancelled Luck because of it.

Lie.

successful shows dont get cancelled because a couple horses die.

they cancelled it because nobody was watching.

LINK

Luck got 400k viewers. Treme doubles that at 800k.

Save this shite for someone else. Yes it would be full of drama, which would be good for HBO, but how would this be good for the Saints Organization? It wouldnt.
