Squeeze bunts are as dumb as sac bunts/Paul has no confidence in the hitters

It seems like we try to squeeze bunt every time we get a runner to 3rd. Let the guys swing away. Sometimes you get some hits like last inning.

Other times you hit into double plays (like last Saturday.... twice)

Can u blame him? It's not like the hitters have earned that trust. Seems we can't get timely hits against the quality opponents. Gotta do what you can to manufacture some runs.

Nobody outside of themselves have confidence in them. They need to get the bunts down. KEY part of baseball in ANY level.

that depends on what your goal is. if you want one run, they can be useful in certain situations. if you want multiple runs, they are dumb.

That's the "great" thing about the Rant. Last week we had a guy saying that we should squeeze every time we get a runner to 3rd with less than 2 outs.
