The league would say it violates the spirit of the rule and slam us with penalties.
This is the simplest thing in the world. We interview every single coach on the roster for the HC job. Which includes minority candidates. We then bring in both white and black coaches such as Fassel, Denny Green, Curtis Johnson, etc.
