Are these good trades?

Jarrod Saltamacchia and Dee Gordon for Geovany Soto and Zack Cozart is the first.
I have Hanley Ramirez and Asdrubal Cabrera at the SS position so i am ok there.
Next trade is Asdrubal Cabrera for Howard Kendrick.
Again, no need for an extra SS and I need a LF and am semi-ok at 2b so this Kendrick character could help out in several ways.

Kendrick will be hitting in front of Fat Albert, so his stats should increase from last year. He hit 300 last year so expect that plus more runs with Albert hitting behind him.

Keep Howie possible dark horse for an AL batting title hitting in that line up esp hitting in front of Albert.
