Did Giants Target Kyle Williams in NFC CG ?

Wonder if the Commish and his merry band of snitches will investigate the Giants for targeting 49'ers punt returner Kyle Williams? Suspend Tom Couglin? Sounds ridiculous but so is one year out for Payton.

I've been reading case law on the NFL's Anti-trust exemption and I'm not a lawyer. Restraint of trade? How the hell would I know. As you can tell I'm royally pissed.

If Gooddell is serious about his intent for player safety than he should maove on the Giants as well, right? It's a no brainer.
If Roger was so intensely bent on player safety why didn't he blow the whistle on the Saints the first time he knew about it? Why give a team the opportunity to ignore him? If safety is first you'd have acted first, SIR. You are a hypocrite, SIR. Who is YOUR Supervisor to make sure you are doing what you should do correctly? You pick and choose who you want to punish based on what?
