I don't think it's shockey. I'd think it was happy feet bush or some other fool first.
Shockey doesn't really seem like the guy that would rat out a bounty system. Then again, I don't know him at all so touche self.

I remember when this all came out Shockey was defending the Saints through twitter and saying it happens everywhere. Interesting to see if he was just trying to sound innocent.
