Best MLB fantasy league type for rookie

I have played fantasy baseball in years past, but it's been a while. Have played fantasy football for 15 years+ so i am very familiar with fantasy sports.
Question is i'm itching to play fantasy baseball, but I know I wont check my lineups/teams/stats every day, it's just too much. Are there any leagues out there in fantasy baseball where you just have to check/submit your lineups once a week, rather than every game?

weekly leagues opposed to daily leagues
