Looking for some pointers in regards to car refinancing. Currently have a 3.99 APR and I have found an APR at 1.99. I have about 50 payments left. Are there closing cost associated with refinancing auto loans?

Usually an application fee around $75-100.
Sometimes they may ask you make a principal payment in order to get the loan size down.
