Losing Nicks now

Sorry to be negative here but I have always felt our only hope of keeping Nicks was to get him a long term deal via franchising him with the tag. Now that we have absolutely wasted the tag there will be some team/owner, ala Dan Snyder, who will give him the farm. So what will our plan be? Hope Brown comes back and takes over at tackle and Strief moves to guard? Try to pick up a free agent guard on the cheap?

If one were to ask Drew who he would rather keep between Nicks and Colston, I wonder who he'd say.
