Whos going? We have a room at the courtyard so the wife can shop. NOLA was my first one but really enjoyed the expo.

I'll go to the expo since I live here, but I watch the weigh ins on-line. They stream all of them on espn.com.
I have a buddy who fishes the elite series so I try to keep up with him through the season.

I havent been to the weight in or a launch. Its the expo and all the new stuff I like. Every rod, reel, bait, boat, motor, clothing, sunglass, you name it company under one roof.

Do you actually go out on the water and watch them fish? Don't get me wrong I like bass fishing, just not enough to watch someone else do it.

Nope. We are planning to do like last year. Go Fri evening and go out. Wife and her friend shop Sat while we go to the expo. Sat night repeat friday night. Wake up hung over sunday and drive home. I just like the expo. Everything I love under one roof and its all the new gagets too.

The one I want is a pass to the PGA merchandise show. That's a tough pass though.

I have fished against guys that watched them last time they were on the river. We had a tourney the next weekend and some guys had followed them suckas around. I got my arse handed too me so it could pay off if you were local.

Yea, he has some friends that he plays with there that one day a month thing.
I own 17 acres across the road and use to live there (about 4 yrs ago). Was tempted to join then, but just dont play enough.

Mine joins Big tex and runs to Franks. Mine ends right past my lil landing there.
You prob know my other neighbor Henry too
My cousin sold Frank his and kept the 17 up front for himself, then decided to sell later and I scooped it. Would have killed to get Franks but it was gone before I knew about it.

They had an FLW tourney on the MS River out of Memphis a few years back when I was cooking at Memphis in May. Launched out of Mud Island Marina right next to the park were cooking at. It was pretty cool. River was high and really rolling. Guys were running flat out down to Tunica. Went screaming down the river at around 70. Several hours later, three or four of them got towed back in sans-lower units. Don't mess with the river.
