that Anthony Hickey was Mr. Basketball in Kentucky. This whole time I thought his dad was the first black player at LSU.

Wow. Go ahead and understand the whole thing. He was the starting qb on a good football team, so he missed the AAU circuit. He's short and most schools passed on him. Glad we got him.

Either I, or most of you missed the point. I think this was a play on often repeated things TV announcers say about LSU athletes.

Mr. Kentucky in basketball doesn't really mean anything. Ross Neltner was one, too. None of those guys go to Kentucky.
