#1 prospect in the country. Would take a miracle to get the kid from Bama. But the guy is a freak and would be an excellent face for LSU football.

I was surprised we got 4 four stars. Josh Boutte is our highest rated player and Cutrer is rated as a four star as well.

The 247 player rankings have changed dramatically since last week, to the benefit of LSU. Good to see these kids getting love they deserve. 247 seems to be the better of the services now, at least that's who I go to first now.
But I'm holding off of any kind of RN hopes until after A-Day. If he doesn't commit there to Bama, then we can begin to talk about it. Who is recruiting him for LSU?
His HS coach played for Bama, and has attended camp there. We really need to get him on campus, and if he's really interested, he'll come.

Is he going to commit or not? I need to know if he's worthy of his ranking or if he's overrated and we didn't need him anyway.

I like the fact that 247 is putting an emphasis on thorough evals on a broad number of prospects in La, but what's with the Chuck Baker rating? 3 star at 85. I think 3 stars go up to 89. Is he really a low to mid 3 star with an offer this early or maybe has his film not arrived to review??

Because 247 actually evaluates and go to LSU camps. Of course they're going to rate LSU prospects highest. Notice the two scouting services who scout here have LSU ranked the highest this past class. Scout/247.

Nothing on film suggests he should be rated higher, seriously. Until more comes out, I think he is rated right where he should be.
