Is anyone worried about the possibility of an Israeli – Iran conflict? I am thinking about moving some 401K stock mutual funds to stable value. Thoughts?

I am trying to turn the instability into a positive. Going long on on oil stocks.

If you feel vulnerable in the market then take your money out. You need to take taxes into account but if you are worried you will lose more than your tax consequences then do it.

of course when the time is right. maybe use a put option as a hedge or just do a spread to start out then liquidate the short position if the long goes like we think should iran cutting off certain consumers/customers hurting their customer supply raising demand on the market(not us but other countries as we do not buy any oil through iranian companies). could be a very good play indeed.
