Chinese/Asian Movie I need help remembering

It was a foreign asian movie. I think Chinese.. could be Korean. I vaguely remember much so I can't think of too many details.
All I can remember is it was about investigating a murder.. the film focuses around a woman.
There was a hand that showed up in a dump field of some sort.
At the end of the movie there is a long drive in a vehicle going to a house.. and I think it ends with someone killing their self..
Really crappy details I know.. but that's all I can think of for now. Also it was a very highly rated film on IMDB. I think like an 8 or something..

that sounds really close, but i just watched the trailer for promonition and that is not it.
the movie i'm looking for was not quite really a horror type of film.. it's more like detective type.
also it was really highly rated on imdb when i saw it 2 years ago.. altho i realize it could go down..

There is a Korean film that came out in that same time frame involving a murder focusing around a woman, which got great reviews and was highly recommended on this site.

That looks like a great film, I may check it out.
I think the girl in this movie it focuses on is very pretty.. and it may have been her sister that was murdered. I am not sure.
I just know someone like kills their self at the very end while this girl is on her way to this house.. or something. Crazy ending.
