Can LSU sign one more due to this..

Bossier City Airline tight end John Thomas told the Shreveport Times that he is still committed to the Tigers but will likely delay his signing until at least April because of academic issues.
Does this mean we can it one more in on Feb. 1? Not sure what the rules say.
If so, who do you think it would be?

if you offer, and he signs, you can't re-use it on another if he has grade issues. you have to pull the scholly offer first to use on someone else.
so, if delays his signing, we can offer someone else. as long as he doesn't sign, it's "open"

Thanks. I was thinking same thing, that as long as he doesn't sign, someone else can.
