Uh nothing, because you cannot over sign. That is like assigning penalties for creating or destroying matter.
Now teams can over promise, but they can only sign 25 towards the 2012 class.

IIRC, only the first 25 LOI's a school actually receives will count. Any LOI received after that will be void.

I say we get 29 two star prospects to hurry up and send bama their LOI at 8:00 in the morning. However, they would all shave .45 off their 40 times and gain 15 lbs of muscle and gain a 2 1/2 star bump upon signing.

I think that you have to have less than 25 new scholarship players enroll in the fall semester and also have less than 85 total counters at that time as well. They also have to enroll in the spring...a new entrant in the fall can't back count.
