Did he make it to Ruston last weekend?
If so did it not go well?
Nebraska is where I thought he'd go back in October & November. Wish LSU had room.

I dont know why so many people are acting like this kid is not going to get a late offer ... Our coaches have swung and missed with a number of guys these past two weeks and come signing day he will have his offer and be a part of the class.
I honestly think at this point the coaches are just making sure he will be qualified before coming out with the offer bc most of the other targets they are after arent coming here.

There was a rumor he would commit to Nebraska this week. So far hasn't happened.

Thanks, was at my parent's in Ruston a couple of weeks ago and I knew their ESPN Radio guys said he was going to be there for his last visit.
I think Nebraska if he doesn't get the LSU offer. I know Tech people are hoping he wants to stay close to home if LSU doesn't offer.
I can see him being a contributor wherever he goes. Hope he has the grades & does well. He was a great high school guy.
Averaged over nine yards a carry as a running QB, had three TD's on kick off returns and a total of 26 TD's for the 2011 season. As a junior he had 1062 yards receiving and caught 14 TD passes. In his four years at Winnfield he had 21 TD's of over 50 yards. Winnfield Football

Different schools/conferences have different standards. Phil Loadholt couldn't get into LSU, but could get into Oklahoma. Noel Devine couldn't get into a 7-11 training school, but got into West Virginia somehow.

Was at Techs basketball game last night.
Nebraska thinks he took this visit to Tech for fun.
I guess they don't realize that nobody is gonna visit Ruston just for the hell of it.
If he signs with Tech a hilarious meltdown will ensue on their board.

how is techs recruiting going? Looks like one of there three star recruits was looking elsewhere. At any rate, would rather this kid stay in state. No meltdown over this kid. But meltdown may be in progress with the loss of Keil, LC, and Tx. linemen.
