for sipping I like Ron Zapaca and Zaya. Any others I should try?

Zacapa 23 is excellent for sipping. Look for rhum agricole, rhums that are made around the French Caribean islands like Martinique. Agricole is distilled from fresh squeezed cane juice rather than molassas like most rums. Depaz Blue Cane you should find. Barbencourt 8 and 15 yr from Haiti are some that I enjoy.
