Any Rowers here?

I tried out the rowing machine today at my gym and really enjoyed it, i've always heard that its a great exercise

Any tips for a beginner like me?

how long should i go for?

whats a good pace?

I'm a college student, in good but not great shape, 155 lbs

the concept two has several workouts. if you want to build on power just do the 500 meter workout with one minute of rest and do the 500 meters as fast as possible.

a good time with the level 10 resistance is 2 minutes to 2 minutes and 5 seconds imo
