Tied at 26 at the half. So far,Jeanne Kinney (sp?) left with concussion. Hughes carted off with leg/knee injury. Glory Johnson, UT all-star injured her shoulder in a collision. Last woman standing may win.

A win here would be the highlight of the year for LSU sports.

3 straight Tiger turnovers leads to 6 straight points for Fighting Pats.....45-39 UT.....10 minutes to go 2nd half.

Announcers are horrible. Very biased for Skeletor's team.

Losing both point guards to injury hurt. Great effort tonight.

Yea, and we desperately missed Hughes in the second half. Without her Simmons kept breaking away for easy layups. Hopefully this team developed a little more mental toughness as a result of this loss. It's not the end of the world. We're still in second place at 4-2 in the SEC.

I wonder if LSU will find another raw talent like Seimone Augustus in the future. That girl could ball out of this world.

Having to rely on Lutley was a little bit to much to ask for, she's a little wild with her passes. Hope the Lady Tigers can learn to make a lay-up. We missed so many points in the paint. Nikki had a great game plan, they just didn't execute there shots well. The future looks bright though.

It's official......................Destini Hughes is out with two torn ligaments AND a torn meniscus. She will miss the rest of the season. We are now without our starting point guard and left with only one point guard on the roster.

That's a shame. The spill was nasty, but looked like a broken ankle was more likely. Hope she recovers well and can one day be very close to the same athlete.
