For all the chinese afficianados out there. What is the sauce that they use to grill with on their flat tops? Would really like to find it and try it at home.

I'm currently in Germany for work. We went to a place for dinner Tues night called Mongo's. (Mongolian barbq)

It was set up similar to Chinese restaurants. They had 12 sauces to choose from. Once your sauce was chosen, you choose from a buffet all the vegetables, meats, or seafood you wanted.

I've seen Chinese buffets offer this style just not to the magnitude of a whole restaurant being run around it.

It was very good & different to say the least.
