Miles will not focus on recruiting until his BCS prep is completed.
Miles will not focus on hiring an OC until recruiting is done.
Miles will not address the JL drama until after he's hired an OC.
Ultimately, his inability to multitask will cost him recruits, the availability of the best coach, and credibility.
