There is no silver lining. We should've won and we didn't and now the Giants are going to beat the Packers. Gregg Williams fricked us out of hosting the NFC Championship.

That is another way to look at it, but I'm trying to hold down my dinner for the next month or so, so I'll look for the silver lining.

The Saints did not "choke". That's absolute bullshite. They did not make a tough defensive stop on Davis when they needed it, but that's not "choking".
No doubt the last SF drive was just awful to watch. But it's always a mistake to blame a loss on a single series when the game consists of sixty minutes. There are a dozen "what ifs".

Agree. I though about this, this morning while battling my hangover.
Next year the Saints have to be reminded each week from the media and fans, no more St Louis and Tampa games. It's the least we can do. Home field is sooooo important to this team.

Agreed. For the first time Smith will have the same offense carry over for two whole seasons. In addition, he is receiving coaching for one of the best QB coaches.

Good idea. Are you going to call them? Or should we just chant this at them during games on Sunday in the Dome?
If we dont remind them, how will a 13-3 Superbowl winning, gold age of the franchise, 2nd round of the playoff making team remember to try on Sundays? Good thing we have fans like you to keep them motivated.
