Defensive line

Honest question..we have three first rounders plus Rodgers, franklin, and gallette.
why are we so bad on the line? Every team we play has difference makers on the defensive line...guys they talk about before the game...guys we need to plan for with chips and package help.
how are we the only team in the league without that player(s)? Is it lack of talent evaluation? Lack of coaching? It is so frustrating that we are the only team in the league that needs to blitz to pressure the opposing qb.

I don't know if its scheme or what but we just don't seem to get that full potential out of our picks
