With Shep and Randle leaving, I'm excited to see this guy shine. Beckham, Landry, Johnson are gonna be electric.

Paul Turner is better than Avery imo.

LSU will always get good skill position players. Mettenberge or Kiel should do well. Heck, maybe even Rivers. If we want to be a physical football team, then let's have a drop back passer who can throw. Intangibles do matter. JJ is gone! Thank goodness.

Landry I agree is gonna be special.
However, I fail to see why everyone is soooo hyped about Avery??? He caught one pass in Under Armor game, had very little production during senior season, etc. I'm not saying he;s going to be a bust, but whats with all the hype??

According to my buddy, during class last summer the teacher was calling role and said to tell her if anyone went by a different name. She got to Landry and he said, "Teacher, I would like to be called, Maws." (Moss)

Life is all about timing and Becham and Landry will prosper because of a new QB. Other WRs that could have been great were held down because of their HC had a love for the worst QB to play at LSU.
