Game planning and our OC's

We all know that Les has the final say. But was this the worse game plan that we have had in the Miles era? I already know the answer, so the real question is, did Crowton have more input in the previous games than our current coordinator? Seriously, could or would one of these guys say at some point, Les we need to change what we are doing? Could they? Did they? Why didn't they? Do they have any authority or are they yes men? I just can't believe that the entire staff just said let's quit. Let the clock run! We are already behind by 15 points and nothing we do will matter.
