Injuries rest wasn't really needed by either Lsu or Bama. I was curious to see what you guys thought about which players benefit more from the extra practice time, the generally younger Lsu team, or the veteran Alabama team? I realize that both teams are stocked full of talent looking to make the NFL jump, and thus, few of them have topped out. Which side will gain more from the extra practices? More experienced players who are basically in a contract year, or the youngin's who, in theory, have a higher ceiling remaining?

Younger, they have more to learn.

for us, I think the 2 who come to mind that will benefit most are Reid and Ware. And I'm sure our linemen on both sides are kinda dinged. Don't know about Bama, though.
