I would say later rounds
Tackles normally come off the board first, they can always move a tackle inside to guard

4th would be generous, probably 5th if I had to guess

Of the two draft sites I found, one (CBS) had him the #20 OG and #377 overall, and the other (nfldraftscout.com) had him the #19 OG and #327 overall. But those numbers are pretty meaningless right now.

Reasonable. He's not going to test off the charts, and he lacks prototypical size. However, he's very good at getting to the second level and might be attractive to a team that runs a zone-blocking scheme (ala Houston, Washington, etc.). He has had issues with injury as well, but this is nothing new to most O-linemen.
