Just for fun...
Had they not traded Baron Davis and their 1st pick to CLE for Mo Williams, and Kyrie Irving was on their team.
1---Would they have been interested in CP3.
2---Would have we been able to squeeze Irving + Gordon w/o the picks.
3---Any other scenarios?

the clippers gave up a boatload to dump davis and his contract. he wasn't an option
the clippers wouldn't be that great with irving
they would have probably drafted irving if they kept the pick, and then dealt him, kaman, and the 1st for cp3

I was just looking back and thinking, the new CBA kinda fricked LAC.
They could have amnestied Davis this year, kept the #1 overall pick.
