I was tring to get the smoke in the background, for the effect of Dyer running through Smoke, or smoke coming off of him

Smoke isn't too difficult to add. You either need a source photo or to render clouds.
You can't link FB pages. You have to load images to a file hosting site. If you need help with an image (IE learning to digitally edit photos) post in the TEACH A MAN TO FISH thread and someone will point you in the right direction.
