He could be out for 2 seasons, at this point, I'll take anything that involves a good young player and a 1st rounder.

CP has no incentive to do this. The Clippers with CP + Gordon >> Clippers with CP and some scrub playing the 2, so even if CP wants to stay there long term, he has no reason to admit it. The question is simply whether Stern will allow the trade without Gordon in the deal.

CP opting in or signing an extension AND being in LA would be a huge coup for the Clips and CP...and should net us a package that is equally nice.
Gordon and the 1st should be our floor. Aminu, Bledsoe, Kaman, additional picks should be the arguing points.

Clips just added Caron Butler too. He'd be a nice 3rd option to Griffin and Paul (or 4th if Jordan continues to get better)..
