I read that same article. It doesn't really have anything to do with Wing. It's pretty much an Arky suckfest.

Wing does a great job by punting it out of bounds or placing it around the hash. I'm not worried about punts, but more of the kick offs like someone previously stated.

The last line of the article is the best. Wing only punts if Arkansas CAN get LSU to fourth down.
