Polling strong in Computer..better than Bama. If they get some love from pollsters, their may be tears in T-town

I have lost faith in all teams that are not Purple and Gold this year. They are all disappointments and will fail me if I root for them.

OSU win over OU and an LSU win over Arky and Its going to be razor thin margin between Bama/OSU after Championship week for that 2 spot

Several things fall into equation. I suppose a PSU lost to Wisconsin and a Florida loss to FSU all take relevance now.

Kind of thought there might have been a hangover from the OSU deaths, even though they were in another sport. But thats no reason to get beat by ISU.

But I think Bama sitting on their arse for the SECCG game will do them in hopefully.

LSUMatt doesn't need to tell me that if OSU finishes 3rd in the polls and gets some West Coast #2 votes, the computers will vault them.

the computers love them, and with a win against ou they will get help in the human polls.

I still think Tech has a shot, if arkansas and osu lose they should be in the game, especially if they beat clemson in the rematch.

especially helps that bama will be done and osu playing ou, so fresh on voters minds.

impress in that game and they've got a shot.

THey don't need to impress, just win.

Only the Southeast wants a rematch........Voters in Oregon, Maine, New York, who hate a potential all SEC finale will vote OSU on principle alone.

I don't think they have the computer score of OSU, to make a jump.

OU over OSU. Oklahoma is going to be pissed after losing their chance at a National Champ

Look ath their rankings, i think they are as low as 18 and as high as 7. winning the acc and having two teams ahead of them drop will help them alot in the computer polls.

If OSU beats OU, Bama would have to be ranked ahead of OSU by the pollsters in both polls and fairly comfortably to overtake OSU.

I'm sure OSU will lose to OU though. Too many cards have fallen into place for Nicky and the Gumps.

What is the line on that OSU/OU game?

The thing that makes me think OSU has a chance (they of course can beat them but maybe be favored) is that OU no longer has the motivation because they can't play for a national championship no matter what anymore.

I'm taking the opposite stance. I say they'll be bummed about not being able to have a chance to go.

Arkansas losing will movemove OSU up one spot. Beating Oklahoma will get them more votes. It'll be really close with that alone.

If either Stanford or Virginia Tech lose, the two position hop over that team plus Arkansas will guarantee OSU jumps Bama.

Ya I was talking about OU not being motivated inthe OSU game.

Or at least OSU being much more motivated than OU

I don't get these statements about OU. They are not very good. Have you watched them this year? Their secondary is horrendous.
