How many tickets is each team awarded for the BCS National Championship?

That's really up to the school.
Each school gets the same number of tickets. They can distribute them to students/season ticket holders/buy through the school in whatever manner they choose I believe.

I'm not sure exactly, but I seem to recall it's a ridiculously low number compared to how many are given to corporate sponsors, bowl season ticket holders, etc.
The Super Dome seats about 76,000, so I imagine each school will get around 20K or so tickets to distribute.
