Will West Virginia get into Big 12?

Are there still any hang ups for WVU getting into the Big 12? What is the latest news on the lawsuits ?

WVU will have to pay damages, but they'll be in the Big 12. (I'm not quoting anything, no court is going to force WVU to stay.)

There hasn't been any news, because of the time sensitivity of these issues I would assume they are negotiating a settlement.

There hasn't been any news out our buyout or Mizzou's as far as I know. Didn't Colorado and Nebraska work out a number in just a few weeks?

WVU is key to A&M's and Mizzou's buyout negotiations. They'll have to wait on them to finalize anything.
