I love LSU, I love CLM, I love JL, JJ and all of the LSU Tigers...... period.

I just don't think JL has been treated fairly in the past two weeks compared to how JJ has been treated. I may be wrong...but that is the perception. I want the best for both of them and I am not the coach....but as a fan I have a right to my opinion.

Those of you insinuating that this is about race.... please shut the eff up...your making asses of yourselves.

Totally agree.

I am thrilled with how this season has turned out. When you think what could have been the morning after...well take your pick of what event. CLM deserves coach of the year in my opinion.

I'm looking forward to what the rest has in store. And I'm looking forward to having ONE efficient drop back QB next year.

been that way for 4 years no reason to change now.

Look at it on the bright side... only 3 or 4 more games to have to worry about it.
Then it will all be over.

Probably not. You will likely find something else to fret over. Next year you will have a fixation for one player over another and will be writing the same sort of posts in that regard.

So let me get this correct, the starting qb is struggling so he is pulled and the former starter is effective and we win the game against the No 2 team but you are upset because the coach is not being fair to the starter? Please tell us how he could have continued to play Lee last week and be fair to our chances of winning the game? I'll sit back and listen.

You aren't totally correct. I have heard racial comments on many occasions in regard to the QB situation. Is it the driving force of most of the negativity? I don't know. But to try to deny that it doesn't exist isn't true at all.

I think if you are complaining about this, you are just one of those people that loves to complain.

This is D-1 football....more players than QB's are treated unfairly so quit and deal with it. It doesn't justify a bunch of dumbasses putting down JJ. All the anger should be directed at coaches and not players.

Bama game I was at a bar owned by a former player. He had a black teamate in the bar and I heard the n bomb thrown around like crazy when JJ was playing. Race is definitely an issue.

some just need to argue...go re read my post...it is my opinion...I don't have to convince you of a damn thing...you don't agree...fine with me.

And since you asked. Tell me when JJ was pulled in the past three years when he struggled all GD year???? I wont look for a reply, I am not interested in a pissing contest.

Not fair? JJ got roped into a shady police investigation and suspended for a substantial portion of the year. He outplayed Lee against our toughest opponent and was given 3the quarters. GTFO with that.

Not at all. I'm very happy. LSU is undefeated. Les Miles is a great coach. The team is united; way more then the fan base it seems. I'm at peace letting someone that I freely admit knows more football then I ever will make the decisions while I sit back and enjoy the results. I have no personal issues darkening my contentment.

I just wish more fans could do that.

I never said anything about the last 2 years since this is not what you brought up in your thread. You said in your opinion JL has not been treated fairly the last 2 weeks and I simply asked you to further explain your opinion of the unfair treatment over the last 2 weeks?

I hear what you are saying. And I totally agree with you in every way. However........lets put it in perspective here. JJ, the player, the student, the young man has had his whole life turned upside down because of one nite. He basically had an incompetent police investigation in combination with joke of a DA's office drag his name and reputation in the mud on charge most legal experts and people familiar with the case think will NEVER go to trial and be dropped.

The man not only almost lost his starting job and place on the team he almost lost his freedom over this. Forget about the football stuff. This man could have served time. So forgive me if Im not shedding tears over JLee not getting enough playing time.

How much local fan contact do you have? Are you trying to convince me that you haven't heard the racial comments about any and all of them? Because LSU might have had black QB's, hasn't quieted the talk.

If indeed you haven't heard any of them, might I suggest that you get out more and/ schedule a hearing test?

I am saying that trying to blame valid criticism is of JJ's QB play on racism.....is complete and total BS...... sure people say stupid shite....both black and white folks say lots of stupid shite all the time... but trying to call valid criticism racism is disgusting.
