Okay. so last year JJ plays awful for several, in some cases consecutive games, AND Lee had to comes to his rescue to secure the LSU win, and yet JJ STILL continued to startadn get significant snaps.

Fast forward to this year. Lee leads LSU to 9-0, is among the few leaders in the nation in passing efficiency, has 1 bad game, and is effectively demoted to mop-up duty.

WTF?

I get that we are 10-0 and all that sunshine pumping BS, but you'd have to be blind to not see some kind of bias here.

Has anyone offered any kind of rational reason? Did Lee have an awful week of practice? Wouldnt Miles want to restore Lees confidence by letting him regain his swag throwing as he has all year?

just looking for a little common sense to explain the difference beteween this year nad last.

I know. The Rant is probably ths last place to look for that.

Yeah, don't give me that we have been number 1 in the BCS for weeks now BS. I'm not buying it. If being undefeated coming off a win at Bama against the number 2 team in the country and number 1 in the BCS isn't good enough for you frickers then nothing ever will be. You play to win. And we have won all of them up to this point.

OK. so arbitrarily switch starting Qbs on the #1 team in the country without provide an explanation.

I guess it would take a fan with in inquisitive mind to wonder why.

That explains why you dont give a shite.

JJ went thru spring and fall camp as the starter, he is suspended for a few games due to off the field issues. He was never "beat out" for the starting role. I think both have a great deal of improvements to make. JJ is slow with his reads, but can extend the play and get tough yards. JL will throw the ball into double coverage in an effort to avoid a sack. JJ has the coaches confidence because of his toughness. And so-on and so-forth. etc, etc.

Not really. Being 10-0 and number 1 in the country is good enough for me. That's why I don't give a shite.

That is the most idiotic argument I have ever heard. Lee is head and shoulders above JJ and always has been. JJ came in when Lee was hurt and Les has been so stubborn to prove he didn't make a mistake with this kid that he will not pull him for anything. Yes, when Lee threw interceptions his RS Freshman season, he was still better that anything JJ has ever shown. JJ started the next year and continually took sacks, some even on 4th down. Last season, 10 interceptions and 6 fumbles. Lee had to come in on multiple occasions to bale out the team. The team is much better when Lee is in. JJ tries to do too much and ends up screwing up most times.

If anyone forgot - it was you.

Everyone else believes that the coach who managed the team till this game will suffice

Bob,
Here's a little common sense for you...Why don't you and all the other rantards looking for something to bitch, moan and gripe about just enjoy the "sunshine pumping BS", relax, and enjoy the ride.

We're 10-0 for the first time since 1958, Ranked #1 in the country and control our own destiny.

IT's ALL GOOD!

We have a DAMN STRONG Coach who's doing a DAMN FINE job. He gets paid 4 million dollars a year to make these decisions.....Yet you and others on this board think they know better!

UNBELIEVABLE!!! SIMPLY UNBELIEVABLE!!!

JL got us to 8-0, true.
would we be 10-0 with only JL? or 9-1?
I say we need them both, frick who gets the start.

Hey guys, im not all doom and gloom, insisting Miles QB decisions will cost LSU the BCS. To the contrary.

I belive this team can and will win either QB or both of our senior QB as necessary.

Im looking for an explanation of the inconsistency between this year and last.

If the whole "Lees skipped class" story turns out to be the reason, so be it.

Lee got LSU to 9-0. He was the starter. That was the JJ fans' argument last year. Can't have it both ways.

You won't find or get one. Miles has never been open with any kind of explanation: good or bad. For all that we know - Lee could have perfect attendance.

It is irrelevant - Les sees the team at practice every day and knows when and where to give more chances and yet rantards persist.
