A little different QB discussion

At least I haven't seen it yet... When JL finally did get in the game, what was with the shotgun, fake signal for the ball, check with the sideline, walk to the line and make a call, back into shotgun, RB cross to other side of JL, then snap the ball? Almost every play was the same routine. What was the point? After this season, we all know he can run the offense without the check with me crap that kept us out of rhythm last year. Then to see him running the option? Just plain weird.
